Submitting an order through the Site is an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not accepted until we confirm shipment or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, inaccurate account information, unauthorized resale concerns, or product-availability limitations.

Shipping availability, fulfillment, delivery, carrier handling, duties, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
UVBWell maintains fulfillment facilities in Delanco, New Jersey, USA, and Hong Kong. We may fulfill an order from the location that best matches the delivery destination and available inventory.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is affected by carrier operations, destination, weather, customs procedures, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. UVBWell currently offers a 60-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases, subject to the terms and conditions stated in that policy.
Warranty coverage and service requests are governed by our Warranty Policy. UVBWell provides a one-year limited warranty for eligible products, subject to the terms, exclusions, and service procedures stated in that policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UVBWell’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to UVBWell for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
This section does not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UVBWell, OptimaCore LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site or products, or violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Site, products, or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
